Ive purchased a 2019 and a 2020 Kawasaki N400EX within a year of each other and I cant say enough about how great Brooke was with helping with finance. She went out of her way to help my Mom with financing for me with my 2020 purchase while we were in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic. Jay has been great as well as far as answering any questions I have. The service team as always treated me with respect even as they are overwhelmed with repairs. I currently have my 2019 N400 there due to a motor problem and I know they are overwhelmed however every time I call to check the status they always take the time to answer my questions! The level of customer service provided by Joe (Sales) and Ben (Parts) is absolutely phenomenal. Ben and all the crew have been AWESOME as far as the service after the sale goes. My bike had a charging problem when I bought it. Not only did they give me a brand new battery but also repaired the charging problem absolutely free. And it only took one day instead of weeks. Which is usually the case when other dealers are doing something for free. I couldn't ask for a better group of people to do business with. I only wish I had gotten everyone's names so that I could give thanks to them all. I'll continue to do business with the great staff at Augusta Kawasaki.

I purchased my Kymco super 8 150 on april 17th of this year and have over 4500 miles on it now and am still loving it . I am in the process of customizing it . the staff at augusta Kawasaki have been noting but helpful and friendly and I regulary visit them. for news about new riding gear or just to chit chat.

The staff, employees, and maintenance techs have always been helpful, professional, and provided important information relating to maintenance, safety and good riding practices.
